Service Description
This Postnatal Baby and Me Yoga class will have a little bit of halloween fun added to the class. With songs/nursery rhymes and activities for your little one to enjoy too. You can choose to dress up if you would like. Classes include: - 30 minutes of Postnatal Yoga - 15 minutes of Baby Yoga and nursery rhymes - 15 minutes to chat with other parents and enjoy a cuppa Classes are suitable from 6 weeks postpartum (10 weeks after a C-section) until your little one is on the move. All equipment is provided you just need comfortable clothes and a water bottle. Please note that the hall entrance can sometimes be missed so please use What 3 Words - bulge.retina.spindles to help you find the location.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a class please contact me on +447599204602 with your name to let me know you are not able to attend. I will do my best to offer a catch up session during another block of classes.
