Meet Rosina

I started Move with Rosina during my time teaching Physical Education in International Schools throughout Asia, where I found it a great way to build a community and meet like-minded people.

Fast-forward a number of years, I have returned home to the  Devon and Somerset border with vast teaching experience and have dedicated my life to helping people achieve their health and wellness goals. I am a 200-hour certified teacher with the Yoga Alliance, and 85-hour certified in Pregnancy Yoga.

I love being a yoga teacher, new mother, farmer, and enthusiastic educator. With my varied experience and dedication to well-being, I offer a fresh outlook on yoga that will leave you feeling revitalized and renewed.

Join me on a journey to a healthier and happier you!

Prenatal Yoga

Engaging in prenatal yoga is an excellent means of maintaining active and healthy lifestyle during pregnancy. It can effectively alleviate stress, enhance sleep quality, and prepare the body for childbirth. With modifications tailored to each trimester, prenatal yoga is a secure and advantageous practice for both the mother and the baby.

Postnatal 'Baby & Me' yoga is a wonderful way for new mums to bond with their babies while getting some exercise. These classes typically involve gentle movements and stretches that are safe for both mum and baby. Allowing you to gain strength and flexibility while bonding with your little ones. We also focus on pelvic floor exercises to help with postpartum recovery.
